Being a Batman fan I could not pass this up the last time I visited a used bookstore. Sure it came out a while back but heck a Batman story is always welcome in my reading pile. Besides Batman has always had some of the best villians, The Riddler Being one of them. Matt Wagner does a good job with the story other than it was to short. Being only 50 pages long, it could have been much longer than that. Dave Taylor does a good job as the artist of this book. Overall this book is a good read despite the fact it has little action. Batman fans will like it but beyond that I don't think it will be well recieved. If you like The Riddler you will like this book, his character is well done. The good side of it is that it is short so you don't waste a whole lot of time on it if you don't like it.

Man… how did I make it through? Really this Graphic is painful. The story and the art are both sub par, and it’s sad what they did with a very interesting villain, the Riddler. My biggest complaint about this book was the fact that they did not hold true to the character of the Riddler. Without ruining anything about the story I’ll simply say that the Riddler does not plan well, something he should really be skilled at. I did not enjoy this book, and I skipped several speeches by the Riddler, something I try very hard no to do. I would not recommend this Graphic novel… to anyone.
