I picked this up in a 99 cent bin and it is worth about that much. It is a cheesy 80's action film with Jean-Claude Van Damme. It does take a cool approach to a future post apocalyptic earth. Other than that the fight scenes are cheesy and the acting is cheesy. If you are a Jean-Claude Van Damme fan then you might want to pull this out of a discount bin but other than that it is not worth picking up, or watching, or using as a door stop.
