First off I have to say that this movie is a classic. It is shot in a style that just is not done anymore. Yes it has real people in real costumes and it even uses real people for the extras on set. As much as I appreciate all the above the story itself just never grabbed me. Maybe that goes back to the fact that I never have been a big Peter Pan fan. It also had been so long between me watching Peter Pan and seeing this that I forgot a lot of things that would have helped to make the movie make sense. I watched the entire film before I realized that it was done by Spielberg. Though it clearly has his touch or at least his touch that he had back in the early 90's. Overall I just never got full engrossed by the story and with that never fully could enjoy the movie.
