I remember seeing the previews for this and thought wow this is going to be a great movie. It turned out to be pretty good but not great. I think at times it just felt corny. I can appreciate the fight for freedom and the dedication to a great leader. Their is a fight scene that takes place on a frozen lake that is awesome. Overall I did enjoy this movie, I thought it could have been cut down a little bit and not stretched out over 2 hours. All of Arthur's men had their own fighting style which helped to keep them separated. Despite this movies faults it belongs in your collection if you like historical action films such as this one.

I liked this movie. The writers decided to take a view on the story of Arthur that has been hypothesized before but not widely known. This has to do with the Pagans or "worgs" as they are know in the movie. If anyone has ever read "The 21 lessons of Merlin" you will see some similarities. I really enjoyed the story a lot and I enjoyed Keira Knightley very very much. Her character, Guinevere is independent confident and extremely hot in this movie. What else could I want in a woman? I didn't like the acting of Clive Owen as Arthur and the jury is still out for me on the Saxon general or king or whatever he is. Other than that this movie was great and deserves a place of honor in my collection.
