I really want to like this movie and give it a higher rating, I just can't. This movie has so many plot holes, so much crappy acting, and its fair share of lame lines. The main plot follows the tried and true Hollywood script. Guy goes under cover, guy ends up liking the people he is after, guy has eternal struggle. Nothing you have not seen before and nothing you won't see again. You really have to suspend you sense of who things work for this film to have a chance. The FBI can't seem to figure out who is robbing banks under, the only clue they have is that they dress as x presidents and one of them has a tan line that makes a cop think he is a surfer. If the FBI runs the way it does in the movie then I have to start to wonder what my tax dollars are paying for. Overall this is a movie that is worth watching but nothing that is going to blow you away.
