Dr. Evil: Are those fricken' sharks with fricken' laser beams attached to their fricken' heads?
Dr. Evil: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my submarine lair. It's long, hard and full of seamen!
Goldmember: Dr. Evil, we still have the ultimate insurance policy. May I present to you, the very sexual, the very toite, Austin Power's fahza.
Nigel Powers: All right Goldmember. Don't play the laughing boy. There's only two things I hate in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.
Austin Powers: You may be a cunning linguist, but I am a master debater.
Austin Powers: You know, Dr. Evil, I have always thought you were crazy, but now I can see you're nuts.
Japanese Man 2: It looks like Godzilla, but due to international copyright laws - it's not.
Austin Powers: I am a sexy beast.
Austin Powers: Fook Mi, that was fast!
Austin Powers: Mole. Bloody mole. We aren't supposed to talk about the bloody mole, but there's a bloody mole winking me in the face. I want to c-u-u-t it off, ch-o-o-p it off, and make guacamole.

Dr. Evil: Boo-frickity-hoo.
Dr. Evil: Our early attempts at a tractor beam went through several preparations. Preparations A through G were a complete failure. But now, ladies and gentlemen, we finally have a working tractor beam, which we shall call... Preparation H.

Fat Bastard: It did sound a little wet, there didn't it? Right at the end! Oooh! Heh heh heh. Let's have a smell, all right? Oh, everyone likes their own brand, don't they? Oh, this is magic! Hmmm, wafting, wafting. Ok, analysis. Ooh, smells like carrots in throw-up! Oh that could gag a maggot! I smell like hot sick... ass in a dead carcass! Even stink would say that stinks! You know when you go into an apartment building and you smell the other people's cooking on each floor and you go "What are they cookin'?" That, plus crap!
Dr. Evil: I don't know how to be no crib on MTV, God only knows, got my mini-me and the GP see how it goes. Evil's all that I see, you ask me my name? D to the rizzo, E to the vizzo, I to the lizzo. Gimme and Escalade, two way, bling-bling on eBay. DOMINO, motherfucker!
Ozzy Osbourne: I mean, they're using the same fucking jokes as they did in the last Austin Powers movie.
Fat Bastard: Ahhhhh! Ma titties!
Trivia
All promotional material (including online trailers) bearing the movie's original title, "Austin Powers in Goldmember", was withdrawn in late January 2002. MGM and Danjaq, who control the James Bond license, obtained a cease-and-desist order from the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) arbitration panel on the grounds that New Line was attempting to trade on the James Bond franchise without authorization. The matter went to arbitration and the film was known briefly as "The third installment of Austin Powers" until the matter was settled on 11 April 2002. MGM agreed that New Line could use the original Goldmember title on condition that it had approval of any future titles that parodied existing Bond titles. New Line also had to agree to show the trailer for the new MGM James Bond film, Die Another Day (2002) with Goldmember.
Mike Myers's entrance as Goldmember, owner of Club 69, parodies his earlier role as the owner of Studio 54 in the movie 54.
Director Jay Roach's first cut of the film ran 3 hours long.
In the beginning of the film when Austin is in his shag pad singing, director Jay Roach's wife and former Bangles lead singer, Susanna Hoffs, can be seen playing the guitar to Austin's left.
Sean Connery was considered to play Nigel Powers.
The updated version of the song "Alfie" heard during the end credits was originally a musical number within the movie. The scene was shot including each character singing a verse or part of a verse of the song, but the musical number was later cut from the final film. It is included in the deleted scenes on the DVD release.
The e-mail that Austin receives while explaining "the internet" to Foxxy reads: "Dear Mr. Powers, a new ATM card will be sent to you by fed-ex because your account was compromised by an unknown hacker who obtained your PIN number while you were purchasing an mp3 player on ebay, your bank".
Mike Myers is a Maple Leafs fan. As in the first two Austin Powers movies, there are more references to the Toronto Maple Leafs hockey team. They include: - Mini Me wearing a Maple Leaf jersey during their video from prison - a caption during the newscast announcing the Maple Leafs won the Stanley Cup.
The footage of a younger Nigel Powers during the flashback scene is from actor Michael Caine's film Hurry Sundown.
Heather Graham filmed a cameo as Felicity Shagwell, but it was cut from the final film.
Seth Green claims that the sequence at the end showing him dancing around Dr. Evil's lair was not scripted; he said he was fooling around between takes and his hijinks were caught on film and the director decided to include it in the movie.
A scene with Nigel Powers missing the premiere of "Austinpussy" was shot but deleted. The "Reserved for Nigel Powers" sign on his chair is still visible in the first shots of thin Fat Bastard.
The helicopter at the beginning of the movie is a Bell AH-1 Cobra gunship.
Michael York and Michael Caine, both veteran English actors with over 100 films each to his credit, had never worked on a film together before this one.
Goofs
Nigel Powers sends in the new Mini Cooper by remote control, yet you can see the stunt driver's hands turning the wheel as it skids into the scene.
Assuming Nigel Powers' Mini is supposed to be British, the steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car (left-hand drive versions of the Mini exist, of course, but as an Englishman he'd scarcely be driving one).
Before Austin/Mini Me are stopped for the henchman physical, they knock over a water cooler, which begins to spill water. In the next shot, the cooler and the water are gone.
When Austin demonstrates the Internet to Foxxy using a QuickTime movie of "America's Funniest Home Videos", the counter on the QuickTime player remains at "00:00" throughout.
As Austin's Jumbo Jet lands in Tokyo, the caption spells the city "Toyko"
When Nigel, Foxxy, and Austin are chasing Goldmember to the submarine, the Mini's speedometer clearly shows that it is not moving. Also, a warning light on the dash indicates that the rear hatch is open.
When Goldmember is cursing he is cursing in German, not in Dutch.
In the scene with Mr. Roboto, the subtitle says "Please eat some shitake mushrooms." The joke is that only the first four letters of "shitake" are visible. However, the name of the mushroom is actually spelled "shiitake."
When Austin gets knighted by the Queen, he stands up and turns around. When a person is knighted they back away from the Queen.
When Nigel Powers is strapped to the laser beam to have his privates turned gold, Austin and Foxxy are standing either side of him but the laser is not moving. Also he gets up without his legs being set free.
In The Credits
The credit for the company that created the animatronic sharks reads:
"Sharks with frickin laser beams"
Toward the end of the closing credits it says:

for its use herein. Never use a baby carrier in any manner other than
instructed."
