Austin Powers: Well, no offense, but if that is a woman it looks like she was beaten with an ugly stick!
Austin Powers: Wait Vanessa, I can explain. You see, I was looking for Dr. Evil when the Fembots came out and smoke started coming out of their jomblies. So I started to work my mojo, to counter their mojo; we got cross-mojulation, and their heads started exploding.

In the hot tub scene with Alotta Fagina, she offers him sake and tells him "In Japan, men come first and women come second." This is a reference to You Only Live Twice, where James Bond is in a hot tub with several Japanese women, and his friend Tiger Tanaka tells him the same thing.
Part of the influence for this film can be seen in an early sketch Mike Myers did for "Saturday Night Live" in which several of James Bond's nemeses complain about his invulnerability and how much easier it should be to kill him.

When Austin asks Vanessa which side of the bed she wants (upon arriving at the hotel in Vegas) Vanessa replies that the only reason they are sharing a room is to keep up the "context" that they are a married couple.
